Kyla’s Journey 

Kyla, a senior director at a large academic medical center, embarked on a transformative journey with Rowen Coaching and Consulting. Facing the demands of her high-stakes role, Kyla and her supervisor opted for a 6-month coaching contract.

COACHING STRATEGY:

Combining self-evaluation, leader feedback, and a DiSC assessment, our coaches created a customized roadmap for Sara. This included ongoing executive coaching sessions and three targeted learning coaching sessions to address her specific needs.

GOALS:

Enhance Leadership Presence: Develop strategies to improve executive presence, communication skills, and gravitas in high-stakes situations.

Foster Effective Decision-Making: Hone the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions by leveraging critical thinking and emotional intelligence.

Through her work with both an executive coach and a learning coach, Kyla achieved significant growth in her leadership abilities, aligning her actions with organizational expectations and enhancing her overall impact.
